9 Thousand Million

The US hasn't had the best luck financing the war in Iraq. There was that whole Halliburton thing. And, you know, the war itself. But now it seems that a $9 billion has just gone missing. How do you lose $9 billion? "Look at Iraq," President Bush chuckled. "It's a big place. Lots of sand. And terrorists. Could be anywhere. Terrorism."

Yeah, I'm sorry, he didn't say that. At least not out loud.
